Entrance

  • A dedicated entrance will be provided for cars displaying a disability parking sticker (provisionally the Main Entrance Gate into Belvedere House & Gardens). Note: this is also the entrance for Site Services Personnel and Bus Transport.

  • If you intend to arrive by car we would ask that you display a disability parking sticker in a visible position so that our parking stewards can see this and direct you to our dedicated parking area. Please note that a European disabled parking sticker / badge displayed in your car is essential if you wish to use disabled parking.

  • Drop off and pick up areas will be at the Main Entrance for patrons with disabilities / mobility problems.

Dedicated Parking & Camping

  • A dedicated parking area for people with mobility disabilities will be available. If camping then disabled parking and camping will be together. This area will be relatively close to the event site.

Site Accessibility

The access ramps are in accordance with disability regulations and in addition there will be stewards present to assist people in wheelchairs to access and emergency exits. The viewing platforms are solely for the use of people with a disability and their PA's.

Wheelchair charging facility

  • A wheelchair charging facility will be provided (exact location to be advised). As there are lots of makes of chairs we ask that you bring your own charger with you.
